Not every problem needs a therapy session; sometimes you just need someone to listen

Spiralling, or feeling stuck? Let's talk everything through, and come up with a plan together.

Here's how i
can help...

You don’t need another group chat analysis.

Friends mean well, but they’re not exactly neutral. On a call with me, you can say the messy stuff out loud without editing yourself or worrying what anyone thinks, so we can get to the root of the problem.

Let’s unpick the stressful stuff...

When you’re stuck in your own head, the thoughts can start to get loud and overwhelming. I help you to step back from the stress and make sense of the situation.

...Then figure out what's next.

I can't wave a magic wand and solve the problem for you (I honestly wish I could!). But if you want realistic, doable next steps that'll help you feel less frazzled and more in control again, I can help.

"She has an incredible ability to truly listen and make people feel seen, heard and understood. Her calm approach which is full of empathy creates a safe space where people can open up without fear or judgement. She doesn’t tell people what to do, she helps them find clarity and their own way forward. The impact she has is powerful, leaving people feeling lighter, supported and far less alone."

so... Why me?

Hiya!

I'm not a therapist, or a life coach. What I am is someone who's spent the last 15 years being there for people when they're feeling lost, stuck and overwhelmed.

  • For four years, I ran a core module on Falmouth University’s online master’s course in Marketing and Digital Communications. A large part of my job was giving students one-to-one support – talking through their challenges, and helping them find a way forward when things felt too much..

  • Since 2010, I've regularly given my time to various charities that support people going through difficult life stuff. I’ve mentored young people in foster care, visited housebound readers through a mobile library service and volunteered on a suicide hotline and student mental-health support line.

  • I’m also a writer and journalist, so I’m practiced at asking the right questions and helping people get to the heart of what they want to say. I’ve written for Lovehoney for years too, covering all things sex and relationships – so when I say I've heard it all...

Whoever I’m talking to, I’ve noticed a pattern: problems feel far less overwhelming once you’ve said them out loud and figured out your next step.

How it works

One-off call – £40

A focused, one-to-one chat where you can offload everything that's on your mind, and feel the weight of it all lift a little. We’ll talk things through, and decide on your next right move together.

1x 50-minute Zoom call

Three-call bundle – £100

For when you’ve got a bit more going on, and you want someone in your corner for a while you figure things out. We’ll take things step by step, helping you feel clearer, and more confident as we go.

3x 50-minute Zoom call

I'd love to help. To book a call with me, fill in the form and let me know what on your mind.
